Board of Directors Bios:

Evan J. Foster, Esquire

Evan is an attorney in the Business Department of Saul Ewing LLP, where he concentrates his practice in intellectual property, healthcare and general corporate and commercial law matters. Evan joined the Board of Directors of Spirit of Gheel in 2006, and has served as President since January of 2007. In addition to his service as President, Evan volunteers his time to assist with the organization’s computer and technology needs.

Prior to law school, Evan founded an information technology consulting firm, Foster Consulting Group, which provided IT solutions for small businesses and nonprofit groups. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and industry group that promotes the use of information technology in healthcare.

Margaret C. Ridall, R.N.

Marge has over 40 years of in-patient and out-patient professional mental health experience. During her career, she has helped develop and direct a number of Partial Hospitalization and Socialization Rehabilitation programs within the Philadelphia and Chester County area. Marge has been associated with the Spirit of Gheel since its inception, and has been instrumental in the organization’s growth and development over the past 24 years. During this time, Marge has served on the Board of Directors of the Spirit of Gheel in a number of capacities, including as President for 6 years, Vice President for 3 years, and Secretary for 5 years. She currently serves as Vice President.

Marge also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Wellness Guide, a network of over 400 holistic medicine practitioners. Previously, Marge served on the Chester County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Advisory Board for 9 years. She is currently in private practice.

The Very Reverend Stephen W. Price

Stephen is an ordained Episcopal priest and Dean of the Valley Forge Deanery of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania and is in charge of Calvary Episcopal Church in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. He is a Member of the Cathedral Chapter of the Philadelphia Cathedral (Episcopal).

Stephen has been active in the development of affordable senior housing for older persons of modest means and has consulted with numerous non-profit organizations in the areas of housing, community and economic development.

Kathleen E. Price

Kathleen is the owner of and principal designer for Brandywine Valley Interiors, Inc. specializing in large scale residential and retirement communities and in medically related residential care facilities. Her Chester County based business also includes show rooms and a fine art gallery for private clients.

Kathleen has been active in non profit community affairs and assists the Brandywine Health and Wellness Foundation.
