Admissions

In the second step in our admissions process we will review a full set of medical records of all psychiatric treatment including all inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric treatment received.
The third step in our admissions process is an in person interview as this helps us determine the appropriateness of the “fit” from the perspective of the potential resident and us. If the visit is successful we will proceed with the admission. If there is not space available we are willing to add the potential resident to our “waiting list”, until an opening presents itself.
Please Note: Our facilities require that each resident have a level of physical mobility where they are capable of independent movement and walking without assistance.
Program Cost
The daily fee for residential care at the Spirit of Gheel, Inc. is $235.00 per day. This includes room and board and some basic case management services including group therapy. The cost does not include the cost of medications, private consultations with either outside medical personnel or our psychiatrist as well as the cost of individual therapeutic services or the expressive arts morning program.
